Virtualix LLC provides web design, digital marketing, AI voice and chat agents, and business automation for small and mid-sized businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with you, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
SMS Terms of Service
- Program. Virtualix LLC customer care and account notifications.
- Message types. Appointment and scheduled-call confirmations, project and service updates, support replies, and follow-ups on inquiries you started. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages for or on behalf of any third party.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- How to cancel. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- How to get help. Reply HELP, email info@virtualix.ai, or call +1 463-345-7223.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You consent to receive text messages only by ticking the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://virtualix.ai/contact-us/, or by giving the same consent verbally on a call. SMS consent is not required to purchase services from Virtualix LLC. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by Virtualix LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
