For showrooms, stores & online shops

eCommerce website design that closes the sale —
online and in the showroom.

Whether the sale finishes online or in the showroom, the same three things leak it: a question nobody answered, a cart nobody followed, and an enquiry that sat overnight. We build the store, the search visibility and the follow-up underneath it — and we write the automation ourselves.

Eight leaks between interest and purchase.
None of them are the merchandise.

A big-ticket purchase is rarely decided in one session. Most of these are what happens in the gap — and the gap looks different depending on whether the sale finishes on the floor or on a screen.

Showroom & furniture retail

Where the sale finishes on the floor, the leak happens before anyone walks in.

01

The phone rings out during the in-store rush

Saturday afternoon, two staff on the floor, both with customers. The caller wanted to know whether the sectional was in stock before driving across town.

Fixed by AI phone answering — it picks up while the floor is busy →
02

Online enquiries sit overnight

Sent at 9pm, opened at 10am. By then the same person has messaged other stores too, and you are no longer the only option they are waiting on.

Fixed by follow-up automation — the enquiry lands on a list the moment it arrives →
03

Big-ticket leads are never followed up

The person who priced a sofa on Sunday hears nothing on Monday. Nobody decided not to call them — there was just no list saying they existed.

Fixed by follow-up automation — the Sunday shopper lands on a list instead of nowhere →
04

You don't show up when someone searches for the product near them

The showroom doesn't appear in the map pack, so the person who was ready to drive somewhere goes to whoever did appear.

Fixed by SEO & local search — category and product terms, plus the map pack →
Online stores

Where the sale finishes on a screen, the leak happens in the gap between the question and the reply.

05

Pre-sale questions go unanswered

Dimensions, delivery, fabric, lead time, whether it fits through a doorway. The question is the buying signal, and it was asked at 11pm.

Fixed by AI chat — answered from your real product data, or handed to a person →
06

Abandoned carts are never recovered

They filled the cart, hit shipping, and left. No email, no text, nothing — for the highest-intent visitor you had all week.

Fixed by email & SMS automation — recovery, back-in-stock, win-back →
07

Slow support costs the repeat sale

"Where is my order" is a boring question with an expensive answer. Silence turns a repeat customer into a chargeback.

Fixed by support automation — order status, tracking and returns handled, exceptions escalated →
08

You aren't named when someone asks a model what to buy

Shoppers increasingly ask a model for the best product in a category, not only a search engine. If your store isn't structured to be named, the recommendation goes to one that is.

Fixed by SEO & AI search visibility — product data a model can actually read →

The stock is right and the pricing is right. What's missing is the person — or the workflow — that answers at 9pm.

Two halves, two different levers

What each half of the business
actually turns on.

Often the same company and often the same customer — but what moves the number on the shop floor isn’t what moves it in the cart. If you do both, you need both.

01Showrooms

Retail & furniture showrooms

The visit is the conversion. Everything online exists to get someone into the showroom with a specific piece in mind, and to stop them driving out to find it sold.

Most big-ticket buyers take weeks to decide, and almost nothing happens to them in that window.

"Furniture store near me" is a map-pack result. Stock, hours and delivery radius on the page are what turn that result into a car in the lot.

02Online

Online stores

The cart isn't the problem; the shipping step usually is. So is the pre-sale question asked at 11pm that nobody answered until Tuesday.

Repeat rate is where the margin lives. Post-purchase, back-in-stock and win-back flows are the cheapest revenue in the store and the first thing that never gets built.

A model recommending products reads pages. If your product copy is a spec table and three adjectives, there's nothing to quote.

What makes us different

We write the automation ourselves.

Most marketing agencies don’t write the automation themselves — they configure a platform somebody else controls. We write it. When something breaks, we open the code.

For a store that means the cart-recovery flow, the enquiry routing and the product feed are ours to open and fix, not a plan we resell. Ask on the call and we'll open a workflow and show you.

How it goes

How an engagement runs.

We look at the whole business first, then say which piece is worth doing first. This is the order we work in, not a thing you buy.

01

Discover

We map how work actually reaches you today: where enquiries land, who touches them, and where they stop.

02

Design

We say what we'd change, in what order, and what you can skip. You get that whether you hire us or not.

03

Build

We build it. The site, the campaigns, and the automation underneath — the custom workflows and integrations, written by us.

04

Improve

A plain-English report every month. If a number didn't move, we say so and change what we're doing.

Where most stores start

You don't have to do all of it.

Most stores start with one of two things: the enquiries and carts nobody follows up, or being invisible when someone searches the category. Tell us which one is costing you more and we’ll build that first. On the audit we’ll also tell you what you can skip.

The check is free and needs no call — is your store named when someone asks an AI what to buy in your category? The call is 30 minutes, and the audit is yours to keep either way.

Store questions

What store owners ask us first.

We sell in-store and online — does this handle both?
That's the normal case and it's the harder one, because the sale usually starts in one place and finishes in the other. We connect the storefront to the shop floor: stock and lead times visible online, enquiries routed to whoever is actually on the floor, and in-store sales that began as an online session credited back to the channel that produced them. The rule is the same everywhere — if your point-of-sale exposes an API or a supported integration, we wire it; if it doesn't, we say so on the audit call and build around it rather than asking you to replace software your team already knows. We'll confirm yours before anything is promised.
What platform do you build on?
The stack we build and maintain ourselves. That is where our own development actually matters — a custom requirement becomes code we write rather than an app you rent. If you're already on something else and moving isn't worth it, we'll say so on the audit call instead of selling you a rebuild. Everything downstream follows the same rule: if your email, SMS or product-feed tool exposes an API or a supported integration, we wire it, and we'll confirm yours before anything is promised.
Can it answer product questions accurately?
Only from your real product data — dimensions, materials, stock status, delivery windows, return policy — and it's built to refuse rather than guess. When it hits a question the data doesn't cover, it says so and hands over to a person with the conversation attached. The failure mode we design against is a confident wrong lead time, because that costs you the order and the review.
How do you recover abandoned carts without annoying people?
Fewer messages, better timed, and every one of them stops the moment the order comes through. A short reminder while the cart is still warm, a second one the next day only if the cart is worth it, and a back-in-stock or price-drop message instead of a third nag. Everything runs on your own list with a real unsubscribe. High-value carts get a human email, not a template — that's a follow-up task, not a broadcast.
What if it doesn't work for us?
No lock-in. Month-to-month after setup, the audit is yours to keep whether you hire us or not, and you'll see a plain-English report every month — so if it isn't working, you'll know first, and you can walk. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.
