Small business marketing · every trade we haven’t written a page for

Marketing built around how your customers actually reach you.

The tools rhyme across industries. The customer journey does not. We start by mapping how work actually reaches you today, then say which pieces are worth changing — and which are fine as they are.

Sound familiar?

Different trade, same leaks.
None of them are the work you do.

We haven’t written a page for every industry. We have written enough of them to know where the money usually stops moving — and it is almost never the thing you are actually good at.

01

The enquiry arrives and nothing consistent happens to it

Someone asks a question on a Sunday evening — the highest-intent moment they will ever have — and the reply lands on Tuesday. By then they have already chosen whoever answered first.

Fixed by lead follow-up automation — answered without waiting for Monday
02

The first visit never becomes the second

They came once. Nothing happened between that first appointment, class or job and the decision to come back — no check-in, no offer, no reason to book again.

Fixed by automation — follow-up, reminders and rebooking
03

Invisible when someone asks an AI for a business like yours

“Best one near me” is increasingly answered by a model reading pages. What you do, who it is for and what it costs to start are usually buried inside a booking app the model cannot read.

Fixed by SEO & AI search visibility — pages a model can quote
04

Customers drift, then stop coming back

The drop-off happened weeks before they left. It was visible in your own software the whole time and nobody was watching for it.

Fixed by automation — re-engagement while it can still work
05

Several tools, none of them talking to each other

A booking tool here, a CRM from 2021, three spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and one person who is the only one who knows how it all works. Nobody chose this. It piled up.

Fixed by the free audit — the map comes before anything gets built
06

Nobody can say which marketing actually produced revenue

Ads, referrals, socials, the sign out front — ask which produced last month’s customers and the honest answer is a shrug. What you cannot measure, you cannot scale or cut.

Fixed by CRM & reporting — leads tracked to a source

If your business is not on this list, the leaks above are still the first place we would look.

Where we would start

Where we’d start with a business like yours.

In the order we would do it. For an industry we have not written a page for, the first item is most of the answer — everything after it depends on what the map shows.

01Maps

The free audit

We map how enquiries reach you, who touches them, where they stop, and what each stage costs. You keep that map whether you hire us or not. For an industry we have not written a page for, this is where it starts.

Start with the audit →
02Builds

Website design & development

A site built to do the one job the audit identified — not to look like the competitor’s. Fast, editable, and pointed at the action you actually want someone to take.

03Attracts

SEO & AI search visibility

The searches that end in a booking in your category, a Google Business Profile that is actually maintained, and pages that state plainly what you do and who it is for — so a model has something to quote.

04Follows up

Follow-up & booking automation

The Sunday-evening enquiry gets an answer without waiting for Monday. Confirmations, reminders, and the check-in that turns a first visit into a second one.

05Answers

AI chat & intake

Where the volume justifies it: questions answered and appointments booked out of hours, in your words, with anything it cannot handle passed straight to a person.

06Measures

CRM & reporting

Enquiries tracked from first click to paying customer, and one monthly report that says which marketing produced revenue. In plain English, without a call.

What we have built

We write the automation ourselves.

The custom workflows, the integrations and the code behind them — ours, not a reseller’s.

Most marketing agencies genuinely cannot do this. It is why the automation gets built around how your business already works, instead of your business bending to fit somebody else’s tool. And it is checkable: ask us to show you the code and we will.

Where most owners start

You don’t have to do all of it.

When we have not built a page for your industry, we start with the map: how enquiries reach you, who touches them, and where they stop. That is the free audit, and you keep it whether you hire us or not.

A · AI Visibility Check — free, no call required

Is your business named when someone asks an AI for what you do in your area? Run the check and you get a real score, the findings behind it, and the report emailed to you.

Run the AI Visibility Check →
B · The free audit — yours to keep either way

Thirty minutes. We map how work reaches you today and tell you which piece is worth fixing first — including the parts you can skip. If your problem is not one we should be paid to solve, we say so on the first call.

Book the free audit call →

What does it cost? It depends on what you actually need — we do not sell one package to everyone. And you do not need a call to get something useful: run the check above, or book the audit and keep it either way. What if it does not work? →

Before you book

What owners ask us first.

You don’t list my industry — is that a problem?
No. The pages we have written are the categories we have done the most work in, not the only ones we take. The mechanics under a service business rarely change: someone finds you, asks a question, waits for a reply, books something, and either comes back or does not. What changes is the vocabulary and where the wait is. We learn that on the audit, from you.
Where do you start if you don’t know my business?
With how work reaches you today, in your words — every route in, who touches it, how long each step takes, and which software is involved. That map is the audit, and it usually surfaces one or two things worth fixing before anything is built. If the honest answer is that your problem is not one we should be paid to solve, we say so on the first call instead of selling you something.
Do I have to buy all of it?
No. Tell us what you are trying to improve and we will say which combination makes sense. We will happily build one piece — we just will not build it blind, which is why the audit comes first. Most clients start with one or two things.
How long before anything changes?
Most projects go live in weeks, not months, and the automation work often moves faster than the website work because it does not need a design cycle. The honest version is that it depends on how much of your own material we are waiting on. We give you the sequence on the audit call and tell you which parts are on us and which are on you.
What if it doesn’t work?
No lock-in. Month-to-month after setup, the audit is yours to keep whether you hire us or not, and you'll see a plain-English report every month — so if it isn't working, you'll know first, and you can walk. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.
A named example — and everything else

Fitness, gyms & studios

01

Trial enquiries arrive on evenings and weekends

Which is exactly when nobody is at a desk. A reply on Tuesday is a reply to a decision that was already made on Sunday.

02

The trial-to-member gap is where the business is won

What is missing is not a discount — it is a check-in after session one and a reason to book session two.

03

Members do not cancel suddenly

Attendance drops first, and it is sitting in your booking software right now. Watch that number and the save conversation happens while it can still work.

04

“Gym near me” and “beginner-friendly studio” are two different searches

Two different people, too. Class schedules, pricing structure and who the place is for belong on pages a search engine and a model can both read — not only inside a booking app.

If your trade is not on the list

We have not written a page for these. The pattern is usually the same.

Enquiries arrive and nothing consistent happens to them. The same manual work gets redone every week. Nobody can say which marketing actually produced revenue. We do not claim to know your trade before the audit — we ask, then we map it.
