Digital Marketing, Websites & AI Automation · Indianapolis

We do the marketing, build the website, and write the automation ourselves.

Sometimes the right answer is AI. Sometimes it’s a better page, cleaner tracking, or three tools you already own finally talking to each other. The workflows and the integrations are written here — not rented from someone else’s platform.

The real problem

Nobody chose this. It piled up.

A booking tool here. A CRM from 2021. Three spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and one person who’s the only one who knows how it all works. You don’t have a tools problem — you have a connection problem. And here is how owners describe it. Composite lines, not quotations from any one client:

A business owner at his desk after hours, buried in admin work
Sound familiar? This is who we build for. Not enterprises — owners wearing every hat.

I don’t even know how many calls we miss. I just know people say they tried us and gave up.

A missed call leaves no trace — no voicemail, no record, no report. It’s invisible lost revenue, which is exactly why it never gets fixed. An AI agent can pick up the ones your team can’t, and log every one it takes.

My office manager is basically a human API. She copies things from one screen to another all day.

That’s a salary spent on friction — not on customers, not on growth. And when she leaves, the process leaves with her. Automation makes the system remember, so no person has to.

I’m spending on marketing every month and I honestly couldn’t tell you which half is working.

What you can’t attribute, you can’t cut or scale. You’re paying and hoping. Connect the tracking and you get one report instead of five: what came in, from where, at what cost.

Honestly? If we doubled our leads tomorrow, I think we’d drop half of them.

The one that should scare you — it means growth is currently a liability. Fix the system first, then turn on the tap. Never the other way around.

If one of those made you wince, you already know what’s wrong.

You just haven’t had time to fix it. That’s literally our job.

What we build

Four groups. Assembled per client.

Build, Grow, Automate, Optimize. We look at the whole business first, then make sure every piece has a purpose. Most clients start with one or two.

Build

Build the foundation.

The website, the store, the pages people land on. Built to load fast, read clearly, and make the next step obvious — then connected to your CRM and your analytics before launch, not after.

Optimize

See what is working.

Tracking that measures real outcomes, attribution that traces revenue back to its source, and the audit that finds where the time and the leads are going. If it didn't move a number, we'll tell you.

You don't have to buy all four. Tell us what you're trying to improve and we'll say which one or two are worth doing first — and which ones you can skip.

Solutions by industry

Built around how your industry actually works.

The leaks are the same everywhere — the language, the tools, and the pricing aren’t. Six industries have their own page, in their own language; if yours isn’t one, the pattern usually still is.

What the industry sees

Not our results. This is the problem every service business in this market has.

What is the leak costing you?

Three sliders. Your numbers. An honest estimate — not a sales figure.

$62,400 /year

estimated revenue at risk, on your numbers

That's a full-time salary's worth of revenue, walking past the door.

10 × 52 weeks × $400 × 30% = $62,400the whole calculation, start to finish

Your numbers, one assumption: most people who cannot reach you do not call back. The free scan and the audit replace this with what is actually happening.

Why we exist
I trained as an architect. You don’t design a building room by room and hope it adds up — but that’s exactly how most businesses get built online. One tool at a time, by whoever was available.

So Virtualix does the opposite. We understand the whole thing first, then engineer the system that makes the pieces work together. We tell you what moved and what didn’t, monthly.

We’re small on purpose. You talk to the person who builds it. And if we can’t help you, we’ll say so on the first call instead of selling you something.

How it goes

From the first call to something working.

No six-month discovery. No 80-page deck you’ll never open. Just a person who builds it, and a report that tells the truth.

Questions

Asked before. Answered straight.

Is this going to replace my staff?
No — and if an agency tells you it will, leave. Automation takes the calls nobody could get to and the follow-up nobody had time for. Your team goes back to the work you actually hired them for.
We already have a website. Why would we need you?
You probably don’t need a new website. You need the thing underneath it. If a form still lands in a shared inbox and someone replies Tuesday, a prettier site changes nothing. We start with the leak, not the paint.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
Most agencies sell one service and hand you the wiring between it and everything else. We do the marketing, build the website, and write the automation ourselves — custom workflows, custom integrations, real code — so there is no gap to hand over. Ask us to show you the code; we will.
Do we have to take the AI part?
No. A website and the SEO, and nothing else, is a normal engagement here. AI is one of the tools we reach for where it earns its place — an agent that answers the phone after hours, a workflow that drafts the follow-up. It is not the reason to hire us.
What if it doesn’t work?
No lock-in. Month-to-month after setup, the audit is yours to keep whether you hire us or not, and you’ll see a plain-English report every month — so if it isn’t working, you’ll know first, and you can walk. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.
How fast can we start?
The audit doesn’t wait on anything. After that it depends on what we’re building, and you get the real sequence in the blueprint before you commit to anything.
Write to us

Tell us where it’s leaking.

A line or two on the business and what isn’t working — missed calls, follow-up, the website, the tracking. We’ll come back with the one or two things worth doing first, and say plainly if we’re not the right fit.

Prefer to talk? Call 463-345-7223 or book a 30-minute call.

We use this to reply to you. No list-selling, no spam.

The next step

Your website shouldn't be the only thing working.

Let’s connect what’s around it. A working session, not a pitch — you leave with the findings either way, even if you never hire us.
