One number decides
if an ad worked.

Not impressions. Not clicks. Not “engagement.” What did one customer cost — and did they spend more than that? We run Meta and Google against that single question, and we kill everything that can’t answer it.

The problem, in wasted spend

A lot of ad budget buys attention
nobody bought from.

Agencies report impressions and clicks because those numbers always go up. But clicks don’t pay your rent. If nobody can tell you what a customer costs, the budget is a slot machine — and the house is winning.

An owner staring at an ad report full of vanity metrics

Here’s how it usually goes: you hand over a budget, get a monthly report full of impressive-looking numbers, and your bank account doesn’t move. Reach, engagement, click-through-rate — all up. Customers — unclear.

That’s not a strategy, it’s a distraction. We run ads the opposite way: campaigns tied to a real customer, so we can see cost-per-customer per platform, per campaign, per day.

When something’s working, we pour fuel on it. When it isn’t, we kill it — fast, without ego. The only report you get is the one that matters: what you spent, and what came back.

How we run it

Spend a little. Prove it.
Then scale.

We don’t gamble your budget on a hunch. We find what works small, then scale what’s proven.

Track 01

We set up real tracking first

Before a dollar goes out, we make sure ad-driven leads are tracked to a real customer and a real sale. No tracking, no spend — because ads you can’t measure are ads you can’t improve.

Test 02

We test small and honest

A controlled budget across a few angles, audiences, and platforms. We’re not trying to be clever — we’re trying to find the two things that actually convert for you.

Cut 03

We kill the losers fast

What doesn’t produce a customer gets cut without ceremony. A lot of the budget savings come from what we stop doing, not what we start.

Scale 04

We scale the winners

The angle and audience that produce customers at a cost you’re happy with — that’s where the budget goes, carefully, so cost-per-customer stays healthy as it grows.

Report 05

We report the only number

Cost per customer, per platform, per month — and whether it’s trending the right way. One page, plain English. If it’s not working, we say so first.

Ads run like an experiment with a verdict — not a subscription you forget you’re paying.

Meta & Google adsFacebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, and Display — wherever your customers actually convert, not wherever’s trendy.
Conversion tracking done rightClicks tied to a real lead and a real sale. If we can’t measure it to a customer, we don’t run it.
Landing pages that convertThe ad is half the job; where it lands is the other half. We build pages designed to turn the click into a booking.
Creative & copyAds written and designed to earn the click and the customer — tested, not guessed, and refreshed before they go stale.
Audience & targetingThe right people, not the most people. Built from your best customers and sharpened by what actually converts.
Budget managed to a numberSpend allocated to cost-per-customer, not to whatever spent fastest. Scaled only when the math holds.
Retargeting that isn’t creepyThe ones who almost bought, brought back tastefully — not stalked across the internet for ninety days.
Cost-per-customer reportingThe one number, per platform, per month, with the trend. No vanity metrics dressed up as results.
You own everythingYour ad accounts, your pixel, your data, your audiences. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
Where your customers actually convert

The right platform.
Not every platform.

We run where your customers buy, not where an agency has a quota. Here’s the field.

Where to start

Your ad budget stays yours.

Your ad budget is set by you and lives in accounts you own. Ad spend is client-paid and stays separate from what you pay us to manage it.

Beyond that, every business needs a different combination. Tell us what you’re trying to improve and we’ll say which parts make sense — you don’t have to buy all of it.

Receipts

Numbers with dates on them.

Anyone can print a percentage. We print the timeframe, the source, and — when it’s verified — the real one.

The real questions

The ones you're actually thinking.

How much should I spend on ads?
Enough to test honestly, not enough to gamble. We usually start small — the point of the first month is to find what converts, not to spend big. Then we scale only what’s proven. If someone tells you to start with a huge budget before proving anything, keep your wallet closed.
Do you take a cut of my ad budget?
You own your ad accounts, your pixel, and your data — always. Your ad budget is billed by Google or Meta directly and never passes through us. We charge a separate management fee, and you will have that number in writing before you commit to anything.
How is this different from boosting posts myself?
Boosting buys reach. We buy customers. That means real conversion tracking, tested creative, sharp targeting, landing pages built to convert, and a budget managed to cost-per-customer — not a blue button that spends your money and reports likes.
When will I see results?
The first weeks are learning — the platforms and we both figure out what converts. Real, scalable results usually land in the second month, once we’ve killed the losers and know where the customers come from. Anyone promising instant floods of leads is selling, not measuring.
What if my ads aren’t working?
Then we tell you — first, and plainly — and either fix it or tell you honestly that paid isn’t your channel right now. We’d rather lose the account than keep charging you to burn money. That’s the whole reason cost-per-customer is the only number we report.
What if it doesn’t work for us?
No lock-in. Month-to-month after setup, the audit is yours to keep whether you hire us or not, and you’ll see a plain-English report every month — so if it isn’t working, you’ll know first, and you can walk. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.
